What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Sales team in solution selling to new prospects and existing accounts
- Conduct discovery calls to gather prospect requirements for effective solutioning and demos
- Present relevant product features during live demonstrations to potential clients
- Analyze use cases to determine potential ROI and create results documents summarizing scenarios and cost savings
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Data Analyst, Transportation Manager, or related position
- Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to use data to influence prospects
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to communicate with prospects at all organizational levels
- Valid Passport and willingness to travel up to 25% within the assigned territory
- Technical aptitude and ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the employer's Appian line of products
- Experience in private fleet transportation and understanding of the transportation industry
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Ability to build strong, lasting relationships with prospects at all organizational levels
