What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers in understanding the value of the employer's solutions during the sales process

- Document compelling use cases in blog posts and product documentation
- Travel up to 30% as needed to support customer engagements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Background in sales engineering, professional services, or support
- Familiarity with the employer's product and readiness to provide feedback
- Current residence in New York City
- Experience working remotely
