What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Help customers understand the value of the employer's products during the sales process
- Conduct product demonstrations and address customer inquiries during initial sales calls
- Support customers during proof of concept sessions to showcase product capabilities
- Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation
- Travel up to 30% for customer engagements and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with logs, metrics, IT operations, and security
- Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support
- Familiarity with the employer's products and willingness to provide feedback
- Residence in Ohio or Indiana
- Experience working remotely
