What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily field prospecting activities to identify and acquire new customers
- Consistently meet monthly and annual sales goals to drive business growth
- Collaborate across the organization to develop effective selling strategies
- Maintain accurate sales tracking by recording leads and activities in CRM
- Utilize various sales tools and collateral to successfully close deals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Open to receiving and applying feedback, demonstrating coachability
- Proven consultative sales skills with the ability to understand and meet customer needs
- Strong tenacity and persistence in achieving sales targets
- Experience with extensive in-person cold calling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven experience in field sales with a strong track record in prospecting and closing new customers
- Degree in Sales, Business, or a related field
- Experience selling solutions specifically to the restaurant and hospitality industry
