What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new business growth and enhance profitability in existing accounts through market and client insights
- Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with business owners and C-suite executives
- Build and manage a strong referral network and execute proactive outreach strategies
- Deliver persuasive presentations that demonstrate how the employer's solutions meet client needs
- Travel within a designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and onboard new local businesses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, focusing on solution selling to small businesses and merchants
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset
- Excellent skills in cold calling, prospecting, and territory development
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in SAAS or payments is a plus
- Proficient in Salesforce as a CRM is a bonus
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
