      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and manage your own book of business through direct prospecting and relationship-building
      - Lead all aspects of the consultative sales process including business development, client research, and closing
      - Draft statements of work and pricing proposals to present to prospective clients
      - Master the company's value proposition and adapt to the evolving competitive landscape
      - Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota
      - Experience building a book of business and a strong desire to hunt for new opportunities
      - Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with experience running demos
      - Previous experience selling to C-level executives, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work self-driven in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience selling in the health insurance space, particularly in underwriting and actuarial roles
      - Familiarity with technology solutions that demonstrate ROI to clients
