What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients within the IT and other verticals
- Identify hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates that meet client expectations
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to placement

- Collaborate with the leadership team to align business goals and strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales or recruiting, ideally within IT staffing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern recruiting tools
- Existing client or candidate network in IT (preferred but not required)

- Experience in other vertical niches beyond IT
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships
- Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms
