What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct analyses, develop conclusions, and communicate recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
- Maintain and update sales hierarchy and roster in relevant systems
- Create and manage commercial, contract, and sales operations reports and dashboards
- Support contract management and lead key commercial operations initiatives
- Engage with sales, finance, and commercial operations teams for process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in business/technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical functions
- Strong ability to analyze large data sets and communicate complex analyses effectively
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry
- MBA or Salesforce.com experience
- Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with contract management processes
- Detail-oriented with proven problem-solving skills
