What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze complex data and generate actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams
- Maintain and update sales hierarchy and roster in relevant systems, including Salesforce.com
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to enhance commercial operations
- Support contract management and compliance analysis, ensuring operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline commercial processes and manage projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry
- MBA or familiarity with Salesforce.com
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex analyses clearly
- Experience in contract management or compliance
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
