What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or consulting
- Existing network within corporate, healthcare, SMB, or staffing buyers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable operating independently with no base salary
- Results-driven, professional, and ethical sales approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Established relationships within the staffing or home care industry
- Experience with contract negotiation and client acquisition strategies
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and processes
- Previous success in a commission-only sales role
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales goals
