What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide procedural support to new users, promoting safety and effective learning
- Support training activities including in-services, training labs, and first case series
- Collaborate with senior hospital staff and key physicians to integrate the Ion® platform
- Facilitate data capture for effective quality improvement and benchmarking metrics
- Manage administrative tasks, including SFDC management and expense report submissions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, leadership experience, or clinical experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and adapt in a changing environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the Pulmonology/Bronchoscopy space environment is a plus
- Experience in sales or clinical roles within the medical technology field
