      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent for Sales and Customer Success roles
      - Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to hiring
      - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and fit within the organization
      - Enhance candidate experience by effectively communicating the company’s vision and culture
      - Utilize data-driven approaches to continuously improve the recruiting process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in high-volume recruiting for Go-To-Market (GTM) roles
      - Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
      - Ability to analyze recruiting metrics to inform decision-making
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

      - Experience with innovative sourcing techniques and tools
      - Familiarity with Canva’s product, culture, and mission
      - A proactive approach to talent sourcing and relationship management
      - Strong closing skills and the ability to navigate multiple priorities
