What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel across the assigned territory to partner with financial institutions and bring solutions to merchants
- Proactively generate leads and expand your portfolio in a competitive marketplace
- Act as a strategic advisor to merchants, tailoring solutions to foster growth
- Maintain authentic connections and uphold high ethical standards
- Collaborate with Fiserv's extensive partnerships and referral networks to drive success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment
- Proven success in cold-calling and generating leads
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or military experience
- 3+ years of sales experience, particularly in consultative and relationship-driven roles
- Demonstrated ability to design strategies that drive pipeline growth and revenue
