      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in one of the states where the employer operates: FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, PA, TN, TX
      - Over 1 year of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
      - High-volume transactional sales experience (e.g., gym memberships, event tickets)
      - Excellent communication skills over the phone and via video conference
      - Strong organizational skills to maintain a clear and manageable sales pipeline
