      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory
      - Achieve sales performance goals as specified in the sales/quota plan
      - Present products and applicable company programs to individuals and large groups of customers
      - Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide field intelligence on market trends and assist in developing new programs
      - Conduct all job functions to promote a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the medical device, wound care, biotechnology, or tissue segment
      - Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
      - High energy, flexibility, and results-oriented mindset
      - Strong organizational and collaborative skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in high growth organizations building market share
      - Demonstrated ability to analyze markets and effectively present scientific and clinical data to physicians and nursing staff
