      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day administration to solve customer issues and drive sales momentum
      - Develop relationships with multiple stakeholders within the customer account and connect their business objectives with solutions
      - Identify opportunities to increase adoption and expand the employer's footprint at assigned accounts
      - Own renewals for customers with annual total revenue (ATR) between $100K-$250K and drive independent expansion opportunities
      - Collaborate with internal teams to support account strategy and ensure alignment on customer objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
      - Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
      - Experience with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
      - Ability to travel 10-25% as needed
      - Competitive, coachable, resilient, and driven by performance in a high-growth environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in account management or customer success roles within the SaaS industry
      - Familiarity with digital sales strategies and tools
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
