  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region
  - Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone, email, and occasional in-person visits
  - Demonstrate product knowledge to provide solutions that meet customer needs
  - Close customer deals through generated leads and telephone prospecting
  - Collaborate with sales team members and operations to deliver exceptional customer service
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
  - Proven experience in prospecting for new customers
  - Strong negotiation and closing skills
  - Excellent communication skills in verbal, email, and written formats
  - Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other customer databases
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Prior experience in construction or rental industries
  - Knowledge of AI as it relates to prospecting and customer management
