What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day account administration to resolve customer issues and drive sales momentum
- Develop relationships with multiple buying personas within the prospect account to understand their processes and needs
- Identify opportunities for expansion and increased adoption of solutions within assigned accounts
- Own renewals and drive independent expansion opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams on account strategy and operational alignment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools
- Ability to travel 10-25% as needed
- Competitive, coachable, resilient, and performance-driven in a high-growth environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Digital Account Executive roles or similar positions
- Proven track record in managing customer renewals and expansions
- Knowledge of structured digital plays to drive sales velocity
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing and Customer Success
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
