      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate daily in-person sales calls with college faculty, administrators, and technology staff
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing service and support
      - Collaborate with regional teams to drive sales of existing products
      - Conduct onboarding and training for digital products, and manage customer support cases
      - Utilize Salesforce to plan sales activities and maintain an accurate database of information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Detail-oriented, organized, and results-focused
      - Valid driver's license with the ability to travel within the territory, including some overnight trips

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Direct outside sales experience
      - Experience in publishing is preferred but not required
      - Strong adaptability in fast-changing markets
      - Passion for continuous learning and professional development in sales innovation
      - Creativity in sales approaches, leveraging data-driven insights and technology
