What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support community occupancy and sales goals by managing sales strategies and activities
- Maintain and manage lead database, ensuring accurate data entry and analysis of sales trends
- Conduct quality tours and follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into appointments
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials and documents for prospective residents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure readiness for new resident move-ins
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations/Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in a multi-community/regional sales manager role with supervisory experience
- At least three years of sales experience specifically in senior living
- Must be able to travel frequently
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and community services/amenities

- Previous experience in a sales role within the senior living industry
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospects and team members
