What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide product and carrier information to producer groups and internal staff
- Maintain detailed product and financial knowledge on all carriers
- Run appropriate illustrations based on knowledge of the competitive life insurance environment
- Proactively follow up on all presale activity and document requested illustrations for sales follow-up utilizing a CRM system
- Participate in educational development to understand market trends and product offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
- Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
