      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide contract administration support for Unity Lab Services (ULS) Canada
      - Serve as the key point of contact for the ULS Territory Manager in Quebec and Eastern Canada
      - Generate renewal and new support plan quotations, and modify large equipment lists
      - Manage regional contract administration tasks, including billing, invoicing, and work order generation
      - Assist the sales team with national and key account service plans in consultation with the National Service Sales Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a high school diploma; college diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
      - At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role; call center experience is a plus
      - Bilingual in English and French, with excellent language and grammar skills in both
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
      - Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to work with multiple systems
