What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and manage the sales training program to align with business objectives
- Identify skill gaps and create targeted training content for sales teams
- Deliver training on sales techniques, customer engagement, and company tools
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to improve performance
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and sales results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, Agriculture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in Learning & Development or sales training
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in the agriculture or equipment industry preferred
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with proven success engaging audiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

- Experience creating and delivering both in-person and online learning programs
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on training effectiveness
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
