- Support the development and deployment of Salesforce applications
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success
- Prioritize projects well and always deliver quality work on time
- Write code as part of creating a custom platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front-end web technologies), as well as integrations with back-office systems (often using middleware tools such as MuleSoft), and data migrations services
- Participate as a member of the Agile team to deliver quality solutions consistently
- Responsible for developing and implementing the Salesforce Lightning Experience to meet the specific needs of our client
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years) work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on LWC, Aura Components, Apex and declarative features
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I/II) will be considered a huge plus
- Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns and governor limits
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Strong experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform including lightning components using the Lightning design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Implement Salesforce best practices and follow coding standards
- Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Excellent Problem solving, analytical and debugging skills

Overview: As a Docusign and Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, configuring, scripting, and unit testing Docusign solutions that adhere to existing system development standards and baselines. Your primary responsibility will be to define optimal solutions that meet the business requirements, ensuring seamless integration between Docusign and Salesforce platforms. Additionally, you may be tasked with converting legacy SpringCM templates into Docusign templates, requiring a strong understanding of both systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the conversion process.
Experience with Docusign development is a must for this role, as well as a deep understanding of design principles and configuration best practices. Exposure to Salesforce development will also be beneficial, as will be working closely with the Salesforce team to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow between the two platforms. problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for success in this position. Salary Range:$110,000-$140,000
