- Own the overall design of the functional Salesforce solution, recommending best practices aligned with business needs.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions optimized within enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
- Lead technical design sessions and model business processes using tools such as process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.
- Independently drive multiple projects end-to-end-from planning through execution, analysis, and communication.
- Oversee and support integrations with platforms such as New Voice Media, Zuora, Slack, Outreach, Drift, and Marketo, as well as custom apps built on the Salesforce platform.
- Partner closely with middleware teams to maintain and optimize integration processes (e.g., Boomi, or equivalent iPaaS solutions).
- Ensure data model integrity, performance, and consistent information flow across systems.
- Provide hands-on training and enablement to Salesforce users on core functionality, new tools, and enhancements.
- Maintain Salesforce Application Architect credentials and stay current on platform best practices.
- Proactively monitor production performance and system health, ensuring stable and high-quality operations.
- Contribute to structured release management practices, partnering with Scrum teams and leveraging tools such as JIRA and Git.
- Designing scalable CPQ architectures including product rules, price rules, bundles, and quote templates.
- Optimizing pricing engines and data models for complex pricing structures.
- Guiding CPQ technical governance, performance tuning, and best practices.
- Leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash integrations across Sales Cloud, CPQ, billing platforms (Salesforce Billing or Zuora), and downstream ERP systems.
- Supporting and mentoring teams implementing CPQ/Revenue Cloud solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and requirement refinement.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Business Systems, Operations, or similar with 4+ years hands-on with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds
- Active Salesforce certifications required: Application Architect
- Strong experience with integrations, APIs, webhooks, and data transfer approaches
- Familiarity with structured release management, Scrum methodologies, and tooling (e.g., JIRA).
- Experience with Git-based deployment workflows (Eclipse, VS Code, or similar).
- Salesforce Community development and deployment experience; SSO and SEO knowledge preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS-based company, demonstrating a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and methodologies.
- Healthcare sector experience, providing valuable insight into industry-specific challenges and requirements.
- Experience with Zuora or Boomi Flow is considered a significant advantage, showcasing proficiency in key platforms used within the organization.
- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or AWS Quicksight is a plus, indicating the ability to derive actionable insights from data and enhance decision-making processes.
