What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead QA planning and execution for a fully-fledged Salesforce application suite
- Analyze epics, user stories, and design documents to define test scope and strategy
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, and BAs to ensure requirement clarity and comprehensive test coverage
- Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for Salesforce workflows, integrations, and UI components
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing across Salesforce modules and connected systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 years of QA experience, preferably with enterprise applications
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform; prior Salesforce testing experience is highly desirable
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, middleware)
- Proficiency in test management tools (ADO, Jira)
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and defect lifecycle management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Test Studio) is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
