What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions and data architectures related to Salesforce
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements, translating them into architectural specifications
- Develop and maintain the architecture of Salesforce and surrounding applications, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization
- Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in systems architecture and software development, particularly with Salesforce
- Proficiency in system design methodologies, architecture frameworks, and various programming languages
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with architecture modeling tools and cloud platforms such as Salesforce CRM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce Platform, API integrations, and custom workflows
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
- Knowledge of best practices in software development and data management
- Experience with AI transformation initiatives
