      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement security roles and policies within the Workday application
      - Configure and manage access permissions for users to ensure appropriate data access
      - Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities
      - Collaborate with IT, HR, and other stakeholders to align security efforts with business needs
      - Create and maintain documentation for security policies and provide training on best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or a related field
      - 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Workday Security implementation and administration
      - Strong knowledge of ITGC compliance for Workday
      - Familiarity with Workday risk management and GRC integration
      - Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex security and compliance issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with other ERPs like SAP
      - Knowledge of GRC and Workday SOD management
      - Experience with SAP ERP (S/4 Hana is a plus)
      - Understanding of Microsoft Azure and SuccessFactors
      - Applicable functional knowledge for SAP security in areas such as Finance and SAP audit & compliance
