What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate training and support for IT Team Leads in leading Scrum events and managing project deliverables
- Coach teams and train IT Team Leads to foster self-organization and continuous improvement
- Analyze and remove impediments that hinder team progress and productivity
- Manage and maintain well-prioritized product backlogs in collaboration with Technical Leads and IT Management
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable change implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Agile Certifications Required (Scrum Master certified at minimum)
- 5+ years of experience working with Agile Teams
- Strong knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies and their underlying principles
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) and ServiceNow (ITSM and Agile Modules)
- Understanding of Kanban's core principles and Scrum Team best practices
- Servant leadership mindset, focusing on enabling teams to be self-organizing
