What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams delivering financial technology solutions
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and proactively manage risks impacting delivery
- Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed and prioritized backlogs
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a financial services environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage cross-team dependencies within larger Agile Release Trains or programs
- Familiarity with compliance, risk management, and enterprise-scale transformation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in banking, capital markets, insurance, or fintech environments
- Knowledge of Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time
- Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies
