What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and facilitate scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, board reviews, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with clients or end users to understand business requirements
- Act as a liaison between development teams and product management to ensure project processes are followed
- Identify and resolve impediments that may slow development or prevent the team from meeting established goals
- Manage multiple scrum teams and guide them on agile best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-10 years of related experience working with product/device development teams
- Experience working with scrum teams comprising electrical, mechanical, embedded, and software engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
- Proficiency in scrum tools (e.g., JIRA)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM) is preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Basic project management knowledge and experience
