What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Remove impediments and protect the team from external distractions
- Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles and practices
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization
- Track and report team performance metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship (required) and ability to obtain and maintain a NACI or higher background investigation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master)
- Experience supporting federal IT programs
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools
- Experience working with AI or software development teams
