      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile delivery teams, facilitating effective execution of sprint and Program Increment objectives
      - Operate under the direction of the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support coordinated execution across teams
      - Facilitate all team-level Agile ceremonies, ensuring disciplined and consistent Agile execution
      - Monitor team progress against sprint and PI objectives, applying Agile metrics for transparency and improvement
      - Identify and help resolve team-level impediments, escalating issues to the RTE as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
      - 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile team facilitator in a complex technical or DoD program environment
      - Hands-on experience supporting multiple Agile teams in a scaled Agile environment (e.g., SAFe)
      - Working knowledge of SAFe 6 Agile principles and team-level execution practices
      - Active SECRET security clearance required; must be a U.S. citizen

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
      - Experience supporting large-scale enterprise information systems or logistics programs
      - Familiarity with systems engineering processes and requirements management
      - Experience coaching teams transitioning to or maturing within SAFe Agile practices
      - Strong conflict resolution and team development skills
