What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure effective Agile delivery
- Track sprint metrics and velocity to measure team performance
- Remove impediments to enhance team productivity
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile framework
- Coordinate stakeholder communications to align project goals and expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience supporting Agile teams
- Proficiency with Jira or Azure DevOps Boards
- Understanding of DevSecOps environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
