What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as Scrum Master for agile teams delivering AI-enabled CRE solutions
- Facilitate agile ceremonies with a focus on business value and time-to-market
- Identify and manage impediments related to data quality and vendor dependencies
- Partner with stakeholders to navigate competing priorities and ensure alignment
- Provide transparent reporting on delivery progress and risks across multiple initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master delivering complex digital or analytics solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to manage delivery involving third-party technology providers
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working across multiple business units with competing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience delivering solutions within Commercial Real Estate or PropTech
- Exposure to AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Understanding of CRE data domains such as property and financial data
- Experience in scaled or federated agile environments
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent)
