- Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to client goals (technical, on-page, and off-page)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities
- Optimize website content, metadata, and site structure for maximum visibility
- Monitor SEO performance regularly, making data-backed optimizations in real time
- Analyze results and report on performance with clear insights and next steps
- Stay on top of algorithm updates, best practices, and emerging SEO trends including SEO for AI
- 2+ years of experience managing SEO campaigns with a track record of improving rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Proficiency in keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.) and Google Analytics/Search Console
- Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
- Strong content instincts - you know how to optimize for both users and search engines
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into clear strategies and next steps
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client accounts at once
- Pay is per-project, coming out to $45/hr on average
- Ramps to 15 hrs+ minimum per week after 1-2 months of a trial period
- Annual bonus opportunity of $10k

This role is perfect for someone who understands both the theory and implementation of strategies that improve SEO across a variety of platforms and industries. You'll be responsible for building, optimizing, and reporting on SEO campaigns that improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
