What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the capture and continuous improvement of reporting requirements to align with client objectives
- Oversee the timely delivery of program status reports and key performance dashboards
- Drive the creation and implementation of scalable reporting initiatives for the Commercial team
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Mentor and guide junior team members while promoting a culture of accountability and excellence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, or client-facing operations
- Strong experience with reporting tools and data visualization platforms
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and drive customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare, SaaS, or managed services environment
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel modeling, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of data integration practices and system performance monitoring
