      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare quarterly and annual reserve analyses for multiple lines of business, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
      - Develop and enhance actuarial models for improved accuracy and insights
      - Support the maintenance and refinement of capital models to assess risk and solvency
      - Collaborate with Finance and Risk Management teams to integrate actuarial results into financial planning
      - Respond to management requests for reserving and capital-related analyses and support special projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of experience in an actuarial role, preferably in reserving, capital modeling, or loss analytics within P&C insurance
      - Completion of actuarial exams P, FM, MAS-I & MAS-II
      - Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or math
      - Proficient in Python and/or R programming, including code maintenance and use of GitHub
      - Exceptional mathematical, statistical, and critical thinking skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of cloud-based tools for managing data and developing/maintaining models
      - Database and SQL programming knowledge
      - Expert knowledge of Excel, including automation capabilities
      - Ability to effectively communicate technical results to non-technical stakeholders
