What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support audits and reviews of the AML Compliance program
- Engage with internal stakeholders and facilitate resolutions
- Develop and manage project plans for regulatory remediation efforts
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate remediation efforts
- Prepare materials for working groups, project dashboards, and presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in compliance-related roles within the financial services sector
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
