      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and prioritize co-manufacturer's production schedules based on product need and availability
      - Ensure materials provided by the employer are synchronized with production schedules and create stock transfer requests
      - Report and record production at co-manufacturing locations and approve invoices
      - Maintain adequate inventory control and reconcile variances at co-manufacturer locations
      - Assist with the development and implementation of SOPs and training for new hires

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems
      - Strong relationship-building skills with external co-manufacturers
      - Ability to travel occasionally to co-manufacturing sites
      - Proven ability to lead the development and implementation of SOPs
      - Strong analytical skills to ensure accurate inventories of raw and finished goods

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in food manufacturing or co-manufacturing environments
      - Familiarity with production reporting and scheduling
      - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
      - Prior experience in training and mentoring new hires
