What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling to forecast revenue streams and support long-term financial planning
- Analyze rate and volume metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting enrollment
- Perform gap analysis to compare actual performance against forecasts and budgets, providing actionable insights to the leadership team
- Partner with the Data & Analytics team to leverage analytics tools for automated reporting solutions
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process and assist in preparing monthly performance packages and reports for senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a higher education environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in a remote working environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or CPA is preferred but not required
- Understanding of higher education financial structures, enrollment drivers, and tuition revenue dynamics
