      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the annual SOX scoping and risk assessment, including quarterly refreshes
      - Assist with SOX 404 and 302 Certification processes for Technology-related areas
      - Coordinate controls walkthroughs, testing, and deficiency evaluations/reporting
      - Identify and implement improvements for the SOX program through optimization and automation
      - Work directly with external auditors to ensure SOX Program compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Information Systems Management, or Finance
      - Minimum of 5 years of IT SOX related experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
      - CISA certification or equivalent (e.g., CPA/CIA) required
      - In-depth knowledge of SOX, COSO Framework, and business risks and controls
      - Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize workloads effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a Public Accounting Firm IT Audit role
      - Working knowledge of US GAAP
      - Background in FinTech, banking, or financial services with a focus on SOX or ICFR controls consulting
