What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process requests for conflicts checks and deliver reports in a timely manner
- Coordinate the processing of new business and maintain existing Client-Matter data
- Enter Client-Matter information into various firm-wide databases
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training programs for Practice Assistants
- Organize special projects to clean up existing information in firm data repositories
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a business intake and/or conflicts department of a law firm
- Strong attention to detail and high work standards
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and ability to work in a networked-computing environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with legal billing/conflicts systems
- Demonstrated ability to learn new applications quickly
