      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle complex Workers' Compensation claims while ensuring adherence to company standards
      - Investigate claims, confirm policy coverage, and gather necessary documentation
      - Develop and manage action plans to reduce overall costs of claims
      - Communicate claim status with customers and claimants while maintaining professional relationships
      - Manage subrogation and litigation processes as applicable

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in claims handling
      - Must maintain an independent NY adjuster license as a casualty or general adjuster
      - Self-Insured Certificate preferred
      - State Certification as an experienced Examiner

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
      - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
      - Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel spreadsheets
      - Experience in claims administration and cost containment solutions related to Workers' Compensation
