      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Negotiate enterprise cloud agreements for the employer's products and services
      - Provide pragmatic, business-minded guidance on customer and contract-related issues
      - Develop support materials and provide training to educate Sales teams on contract terms and legal issues
      - Assist with special projects focused on scaling legal processes
      - Build positive relationships with business stakeholders to enhance collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Qualification to practice law in your local jurisdiction
      - Extensive experience negotiating outbound SaaS contracts
      - Ability to handle data protection, cybersecurity, and revenue recognition issues in commercial contracts
      - Excellent business judgment and strong communication skills
      - Willingness to take on new areas of responsibility
