      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct QA/QC reviews of inspection reports, scopes of work, and builder invoices
      - Verify accuracy and completeness of construction documentation in line with project scopes
      - Ensure compliance with environmental requirements in construction projects
      - Coordinate with field staff to resolve documentation inconsistencies and deficiencies
      - Support quality assurance audits and field verification activities as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in residential housing construction inspections or QA/QC activities
      - 2+ years of experience in reviewing and approving contractor invoices
      - 1+ years of experience with federally funded construction programs like CDBG-DR
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong communication skills
      - Willingness to travel for work as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
      - 2+ years of experience using Xactimate for damage assessments and cost estimating
      - Knowledge of IRC 2021, IBC 2021, and resilient construction practices
      - Familiarity with construction management principles
      - Experience in monitoring and oversight management
