      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert technical advice and consultation in Federal procurement and contracting processes
      - Review proposals and conduct price and cost analysis to determine price reasonableness and negotiation positions
      - Develop action plans to resolve complex problems related to acquisition and procurement management
      - Ensure compliance with Federal and DoD contracting principles, including FAR and DFARS
      - Utilize knowledge of supported technologies such as Integrative Acquisition Environment and DOD Acquisition System

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization
      - Minimum 10 years of direct Federal procurement experience, including 5 years as a Federal government employee in the GS-1102 series or equivalent
      - Additional 5 years of experience in support of Federal procurements in a relevant capacity
      - Exceptional knowledge of acquisition and procurement management phases
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Products, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Federal and DoD acquisition procedures
      - Experience with DoD Contract Writing System is preferable
