What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives to understand their business goals and provide guidance
- Create and implement success plans with customers to maximize the value of legal AI solutions
- Collaborate with customers to design tailored workflows that address specific business challenges
- Partner with customers to drive user training and adoption strategies for legal AI solutions
- Lead executive business reviews to capture value delivered and develop joint roadmaps for success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in Customer Success, Consulting with legal technology, Account Management, or a related role
- Legal education (Juris Doctor) or significant experience working with legal technology and large law firms
- Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms and a keen interest in technological advancements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
- Proactive problem-solving mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes and customer satisfaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
