      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives, providing tailored guidance throughout the customer journey
      - Collaborate with customers to create success plans that drive value from legal AI solutions
      - Identify customer-specific challenges and design customized workflows to enhance legal operations
      - Lead executive business reviews, capturing delivered value and developing joint roadmaps for success
      - Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to internal teams to influence product enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or related roles within legal technology or SaaS firms
      - Juris Doctor or substantial experience working with legal technology and professionals, preferably in large law firms
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective relationship building
      - Proactive problem-solving approach with a focus on customer satisfaction and measurable outcomes
      - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to achieve mutual goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with AI-driven platforms and a keen interest in technology developments in the legal sector
      - Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor to customers
