What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee a high-performing, multidisciplinary Data Analyst team to design and build complex visualizations and analytical models
- Work closely with compliance areas to identify, prioritize, and deliver analytical use cases, simplifying complex findings into actionable visualizations
- Analyze and interpret large volumes of transactional, operational, and customer data using various data tools and platforms
- Manage data requests from business stakeholders, assessing the impact of business changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and set work priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience; Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or engineering field
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Proficiency in analysis tools such as SQL, R, and Python
- Solid experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)
- Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Redshift, Spark, Presto, Hive)

- Experience with regulatory compliance and financial trading analysis
- Ability to synthesize information and recognize patterns
